This qualification reflects the role of individuals who are developing fundamental creative and technical skills that underpin visual arts and craft practice. This course can be delivered across two years and is aimed at Year 9-10 students. This course requires 2.8 hours per week across the 2 years to complete.
Visual Arts has several streams, which include:
• Generic Stream
• Ceramics and Sculpture
• Textiles and Printing
• Digital Photography
This course leads to the CUA 20715 Certificate II in Visual Art in the stream, areas listed above. Units must be selected from the streams to move through the pathways.
Note: The generic stream may not lead to a pathway program as indicated in this catalogue.
